Hormone yoga therapy is a complementary natural therapy used to bring balance to the female hormone mechanism. This is done by stimulating hormone secreting glands and their hormone production.The technique was developed by Brazilian psychologist Dinah Rodrigues (now 93 years old) http://www.dinahrodrigues.com.br/ who has used her 30 years of yoga experience and detailed examination of human physiology when creating the method.
You will learn how to discover and sense how your body moves. You will explore how to minimize effort and increase efficiency, how to improve your body’s flexibility and coordination capabilities, how to get rid of old movement patterns which don’t do you any good and replace them with new ones.

During the seminar you will be taught hormone yoga therapy series. We will go through each position carefully connecting it with our breath and visualization. At the end of the workshop you should be able to practice the series on your own at home. You will also be given detailed handout for your home practice.
There is no yoga experience needed.
