In our Hatha Yoga classes you will combine postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and simple meditation techniques to develop flexibility and relax. You will have access to props suchs as blocks, belts or bolsters to assist you to fully stretch and relax in each posture. Instructors will help you to align your body in a way that best suits your personal needs. They will assist you to bring balance, strength and relaxation to your body. The Hatha Yoga practice is rooted in ancient practices that encourage inner focus and slow intentional movement.
