In our Vinyasa Yoga classes you will go through a variety of yoga postures in a sequence, or flow, where one posture leads to the next. This form of yoga is more dynamic than Hatha yoga and pairs movement with breath. The focus is on awareness of how our movement can be enhanced through our use of breath and vice versa. This practice builds strength, flexibility and tone in the body. Vinyasa yoga classes move at a quicker pace than Hatha yoga classes.
